While fewer employers posted jobs online last November, fewer people were searching for work. Beyond.com recently released the results of the November 2008 Milgram Report, which is released every month and collects statistics and data from thousands of niche sites. Job postings were down nearly 14 percent online in November, compared to October, according to a national analysis by Beyond.com. Postings for the Kansas City area didn't fall quite as much.
