James Bright

James Bright serves as Enterprise Architect at Beyond.com, Inc. In his role, James is responsible for working with the Beyond.com management team to help establish a roadmap for the future that encompasses the vision and strategy of the company.

With more than 15 years of information technology experience and leadership to his credit, James has a successful track record of executing the technology roadmap at both the technical and business levels. In addition, his expertise runs deep in the social networking arena as a founder and former Vice President of Orbius, Inc., which has since been acquired by Beyond.com.

Previously, James has worked to deliver valuable and scalable applications for several organizations including VerticalNet Inc., QuarterArcade.com (co-founder) and eMoneyAdvisor. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
